Anyways, I'm going to give this a try and see how it is. I'm quite new to blogging and I'm not quite sure what realm of the internet I want to blog about, maybe I'll blog about everything, who knows!
I'm currently in a small town in Florida and am about to head to college at the University of Florida, which is a five hour drive from where I am now. I'm going to study and hopefully finish with a Public Relations major. Once I finish, I'm going to California and find my place there. It's been my dream to live in California since I was a little kid, and I'm hoping I experience many new things there!
A little bit about me, I graduated high school on May 30, 2014 in the top 10% of my class, I know. You can applaud whenever you want. Kidding! Anyways, I've been in Florida for around 13 years maybe? I'm not quite sure. Maybe 14.. I moved from the Philippines at a young age and wasn't really accustomed to the culture, and was NOT ready for the culture shock that I experience when I came here for the first time.
I like to travel quite a lot, I want to experience new cultures and create lasting memories for the many years to come. Some places I've been to are: Most of the East Coast of the US, California, Nevada, the Dominican Republic, the Bahamas, South Korea (for a layover), Philippines, and well that's it for now.
I'm also.. wait for it.. a fangirl. Yes, I know. It's quite embarrassing to admit, considering I am almost 20 years old. But I'm a sucker for them. But don't get me wrong, I really love listening to bands that aren't known all over the world on such a huge scale. My music varies to almost every single genre. But you'll mostly catch me listening to Justin Bieber (judge me, he can actually sing and he's been my fave since I was in the 7th grade,) One Direction (yet another bubble gum pop genre, but I assure you, if you actually listen to their whole album and not the singles on the radio, you'll be very surprised,) The 1975, The Maine (touched John O'Callaghan's butt, btw,) A Rocket to the Moon (RIP,) a bit of Miley Cyrus, Hunter Hayes, my current obsession SAM SMITH, and many more. I listen to oldies music too, I'm not one of those 90's kids that only listen to the radio hits. I love me some Elvis, Michael, Whitney, Wham!, Hall and Oates, Queen, etc.
Aside from the music aspect of my life, I like to watch Youtube videos. Mostly stupid ones, but I am pretty up-to-date with my favorite Youtubers, Zoella, Alfie, Jim, Marcus, Tanya, Joe, Troye, Caspar, the rest of that Youtube gang, and also PVP, Kingsley, Tyler, The Fine Bros., etc.
So basically I spend most of my time sitting on my bed (no food in hand because I'm not allowed to eat upstairs, curse living under my parents' house!) watching/listening to movies, music, and my fave Youtubers.
Hopefully that will change around the time I head to college, which is in two months.. *insert nervous emoji face*
Well, I guess that's all you need to know right now. Hopefully I'll post exciting things like reviews on music, rants, and pictures of me in various places!
For now, I guess this is like my own personal diary. I kind of feel like Jenna Hamilton from the show Awkward. Really love that show!
